Single dad with adopted children needs help
Four years ago I adopted three teenage brothers from foster care. The
boys are doing great and have excelled in academics and sports. One is
in college and two are on the way. Unfortunately, I do not have anyone
who can help me financially. The financial burden can be very
stressful. I have a fulltime job with a reputable company and a
college education. I can’t seem to make ends meet. We live a simple
life with little to no money left over at the end of the month. My
oldest son works and attends college. Recently his car broke down and
it cost $3000 to get it repaired. I put the repair on my credit card
and my son is starting to pay me back with the money he makes from his
job. My credit card is almost maxed out because I also paid for his
books and parking this semester and last semester. Please donate money
to this family. The financial burden of adoption is tremendous but I
know it was the right thing to do for my children, I can't imagine my
life without them or where they would be if I did not have the love
and structure they need to succeed and deserve.
Also, the home I purchased in 2007 now has a foundation problem and most of the tile flooring has become loose and unsightly. I would like to sale my home but I can't until I get the foundation and flooring repaired. The estimates range from $5000 to $7000 dollars.
My family and I would appreciate any financial assistance with the credit card bill and the flooring issue.
